Large scale ground up custom homes About Our Client About the client: Office in Acton, MA Projects throughout Massachusetts High End Residential - Ground Up and Renovations - $2M+ Job Description Lead and manage high-end residential construction projects valued at $2 million or more. Develop and maintain project budgets, schedules, and work plans. Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure project requirements are met. Oversee on-site operations and ensure compliance with safety regulations. Monitor project progress and address any challenges or delays promptly. Prepare and present regular project updates to stakeholders. Ensure quality standards are maintained throughout all phases of construction. Manage and mentor project team members to achieve project goals. The Successful Applicant A successful Project Manager - High End Residential - $2M+ should have: Experience with managing high-end residential construction projects. Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety protocols, and quality standards. Excellent communication and leadership skills to manage diverse teams and stakeholders. Ability to develop and track budgets and schedules effectively. Problem-solving skills to address challenges and ensure timely project delivery.
