Job Description The Project Manager - Commercial Renovations will: Support the successful delivery of commercial interior and renovation projects. Coordinate schedules, subcontractors, project documentation, and client communications. Work alongside senior project leaders to ensure projects stay on schedule and within budget. Manage project reporting, tracking, and day-to-day execution activities. Collaborate with field teams to drive project success from preconstruction through closeout. The Successful Applicant A successfull Project Manager - Commercial Renovations should have: 4 to 7 years of construction project experience. Experience with commercial interiors, renovations, banking, retail, restaurant, or healthcare projects. Ability to manage project responsibilities with limited supervision. Strong client-facing and coordination skills.
