Direct Hire/Full-Time Position Summary We are seeking a Project Manager with manufacturing experience to lead and coordinate projects within a metal fabrication environment. This role is responsible for managing timelines, budgets, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to customer specifications. Key Responsibilities Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and resource allocation Coordinate with engineering, production, and quality teams to ensure efficient workflow Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates on progress and milestones Prepare and manage project budgets, monitoring costs and implementing corrective actions Ensure all fabricated components meet customer specifications and industry standards Collaborate with QA/QC teams to resolve quality issues Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies Supervise and guide project team members Foster strong cross-functional collaboration across departments Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field (or equivalent experience) Minimum 5 years of experience in metal fabrication, with at least 2 years in project management Strong knowledge of welding, cutting, forming, and assembly processes Ability to read and interpret CAD drawings and fabrication blueprints Experience with ERP systems and project management software Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles PMP certification is a plus
Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30
PM Salary:
