Job Description
Global Partners is seeking a highly capable, adaptable and versatile Enterprise Program Manager, Transformation & Governance to drive the execution, integration, and alignment of complex, cross-functional transformation initiatives across the organization. This role operates at the intersection of program delivery, process design, and strategic execution, translating complex, cross-functional content into clear, actionable insights and outcomes, and ensuring enterprise priorities are translated into coordinated, disciplined delivery.
This individual will serve as the connective backbone across initiatives, workstreams, and leadership forums — driving integration, execution discipline, and operating rhythm so that enterprise transformation priorities translate into aligned, measurable progress and value add outcomes. The role requires a highly adaptable, systems-oriented "utility player" who can connect the dots and move fluidly between big picture strategic planning, process support, hands-on detailed execution, and operational problem solving. The Enterprise Program Manager, Transformation & Governance will partner closely with executive & senior leaders, program/workstream leads, and business and enterprise functional stakeholders to ensure initiatives are aligned, dependencies are actively managed, and progress is transparent, measurable, and actionable. When needed, this role could also directly manage key transformation or business process projects or programs. They will also play a pivotal role in implementing and managing the logistics and content of new enterprise governance forums. This role will be a critical part of how they operate
