State Electric Founded in 1988, State Electric Corporation is a full-service electrical contractor serving Commercial, Utility-Power, Transportation, Low Voltage Systems, and Electrical Service clients throughout the Northeastern United States.Location:
2 Deangelo Dr., Bedford, Massachusetts 01730 (HQ) OR 859Willard Street, Building:
One Adams Place, 4th Fl Suite 430, Quincy, MA 02169 Job Description Manage the Low Voltage project scopes to include structured cabling, tel/data, security systems, audio visual, access control, surveillance, paging, intercom, etc. Lead a team of technicians and subcontractors while working with clients and company management to ensure all projects are completed on time and within budget according to the project plans and specifications. Issue RFI's and product submittals based on design documents. Establish and maintain a manpower loaded project schedule. Document and track material budget along with vendor invoicing for each project. Effectively communicate with the clients, the project team, and the vendors to ensure appropriate management of the project. Manage State Electric's safety policies and standards with our Safety Department to maintain a high level of safety excellence Develop and maintain client relationships through strong performance, communication and productivity while identifying future opportunities for repeat business Continuously meet project schedule and exceed client expectations Work with our centralized Procurement Department to execute equipment package buyouts, stock purchases and vendor/logistics management Complete project closeout process with Low Voltage Group Director, and identify lessons learned for continuous improvementEmployment Type:

3-5 Years of low voltage project management experience. Proven experience as a low voltage construction manager A good understanding of low voltage construction project management principles, procedures, and materials.
