Senior Architect / Project Manager

Vance Stein Architecture & Interiors is seeking a motivated and highly organized high-end residential Senior Architect/Project Manager who will join us as we grow and expand our practice. Our portfolio spans across many sectors from high-end custom homes, Commercial, Multi-Family Residential, and Institutional. Our mission is to listen to our clients and create timeless designs that are an integral part of their communities. We are a fun, collaborative office in Beverly, MA. RESPONSIBILITIES

Working collaboratively with VS Principals, serve as the Senior Project Manager/Designer for high-end custom homes from concept to completion. Primary contact for clients, contractors, and consultants Oversee junior designers and drafters Construction Administration Manage project schedules and budgets Support the firm's marketing and business development efforts Participate in project interviews

REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

Skills Strong design and project management skills Strong understanding of residential construction and architectural detailing Experience in new custom homes and renovations Excellent communication skills both verbal and written Proficiency in Revit , Adobe Creative Suite, and MS Office AutoCAD proficiency preferred Familiarity with complex project permitting, including zoning, conservation, building and energy codes Excellent organization, attention-to-detail, and oral and written communication skills Flexibility in handling multiple projects and meeting deadlines Creative problem-solving Is attuned to areas of structural, mechanical and electrical and site requirements Strong client relationship and interpersonal skills Experience & Education 10+ years of high-end custom single-family experience Residential design experience required Bachelor of Architecture and/or Master of Architecture degree Architectural licensure in Massachusetts preferred Why Vance Stein VS offers a competitive salary (commensurate with experience), excellent benefits, and a strong office culture. $115,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
