Job Description As Project Manager, you will lead the successful delivery of ground-up multifamily construction projects throughout the Greater Boston area. Working closely with the Lead Superintendent and project team, you will oversee project execution from preconstruction through closeout while ensuring safety, quality, schedule, and financial objectives are achieved. Key Responsibilities Manage the full project lifecycle from planning and procurement through project completion Partner closely with the Lead Superintendent to oversee daily project execution and proactive planning Lead subcontractor buyout, scope development, contract negotiations, and procurement activities Manage project financials including budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and profitability tracking Oversee document control, submittals, RFIs, and overall project administration Drive stakeholder communication with owners, architects, consultants, and subcontractors Lead change order management from pricing and approval through implementation Mentor and oversee Assistant Project Managers while supporting scheduling, risk management, and issue resolution MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law. The Successful Applicant A successful Project Manager - Multifamily should have: 5+ years of Construction Project Management experience Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field preferred Proven experience managing ground-up wood-framed multifamily projects Strong understanding of project financial management, forecasting, and cost control Experience leading subcontractor procurement, buyout, and contract negotiations Excellent communication and relationship management skills Ability to manage multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced construction environment Strong organizational, problem-solving, and leadership abilities What's on Offer Base salary of $110,000 - $150,000 Opportunity to work on significant multifamily developments across Greater Boston Strong project pipeline and diversified backlog across multiple asset classes Clear path toward increased responsibility and accelerated career advancement Exposure to projects valued up to $120M Collaborative, team-oriented culture with long-term stability and growth Hybrid mix of office and project-site involvement, based out of the South Shore area
