Responsibilities Include:

\~ Coordinate daily store operations to ensure efficient workflows, quality service, and customer satisfaction. \~ Manage glass projects and customer orders from initial quote through completion. \~ Deliver professional and timely customer service via in-person, phone, and email interactions. \~ Prepare customer quotes, process orders, manage billing, purchase orders, and product returns. \~ Ensure compliance with company safety standards and policies. \~ Maintain a focus on high customer satisfaction. \~ Manage inventory and ensure accuracy. \~ Organize and oversee daily store operations.

Qualifications Include:

\~ Ideally, 4+ years of customer service experience, project coordination, or a supervisory role within the automotive, construction, or related trades industry; equivalent experience or education will be considered. \~ Strong customer service and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and resolve customer concerns professionally. \~ Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple projects and competing priorities. \~ Proficient with computer systems and software. \~ Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. \~ Motivation to learn and grow within the organization.
