Responsibilities Include:

Coordinate daily store operations to ensure efficient workflows, quality service, and customer satisfaction. Manage glass projects and customer orders from initial quote through completion. Deliver professional and timely customer service via in-person, phone, and email interactions. Prepare customer quotes, process orders, manage billing, purchase orders, and product returns. Ensure compliance with company safety standards and policies. Maintain a focus on high customer satisfaction. Manage inventory and ensure accuracy. Organize and oversee daily store operations.

Qualifications Include:

Ideally, 4+ years of customer service experience, project coordination, or a supervisory role within the automotive, construction, or related trades industry; equivalent experience or education will be considered. Strong customer service and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and resolve customer concerns professionally. Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple projects and competing priorities. Proficient with computer systems and software. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Motivation to learn and grow within the organization.
