Strong backlog of secured work across multiple market sectors Opportunity to work on both ground-up and complex renovation projects About Our Client Our client is a well-established construction management firm with more than 30 years of experience delivering projects across the retail, hospitality, life science, academic, corporate interiors, and automotive sectors throughout New England. With around 100 employees and a strong reputation for client service, the company has built a substantial base of repeat business by consistently delivering high-quality projects on time and on budget. They offer a collaborative, accessible leadership team, a fast-paced environment, and an exciting growth trajectory as they continue expanding both their project portfolio and geographic footprint. The Successful Applicant A successful Project Manager should have: 5-10+ years of PM experience within the construction industry Experience managing ground up projects from $2-$30M+ Project expereince in hospitality, automotive or commercial Knowledge of construction safety regulations and best practices A results-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering quality outcomes What's on Offer Competitive base salary up to $160,000 Annual bonus structure up to 10% Full healthcare package 401k match PTO & more
