The Successful Applicant A successful Project Manager should have: 5-10+ years of PM experience within the construction industry Experience managing ground up projects from $2-$30M+ Project expereince in hospitality, automotive or commercial Knowledge of construction safety regulations and best practices A results-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering quality outcomes What's on Offer Competitive base salary up to $160,000 Annual bonus structure up to 10% Full healthcare package 401k match PTO & more
