Manufacturing, Light Industrial, Life Sciences/ Pharma, Distribution Centers, Mission Critical Top 400 ENR General Contractor Strong work ethic, looking for career growth Job Description Manage all phases of construction projects, including planning, execution, and closeout. Oversee project budgets, ensuring cost control and financial performance. Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to meet project objectives. Coordinate and lead site meetings to monitor progress and address challenges. Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements throughout projects. Develop and maintain project schedules to meet deadlines and deliverables. Assess risks and implement mitigation strategies to avoid project delays. Provide regular updates and reports to stakeholders on project status. The Successful Applicant A successful Project Manager should have: Experience managing construction projects in the life sciences or manufacturing sectors. Strong organizational and leadership skills to oversee project teams and schedules. Knowledge of safety standards and regulatory compliance in construction. Proficiency in project management tools and software. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
