Job Overview NETS is looking for an honest, well organized, and trustworthy individual with a positive attitude, that can successfully manage high value residential projects, as well as some lite commercial work. The position involves managing projects from pre-construction to completion and includes normal project manager responsibilities such as: Field Staff Management Project schedule creation and management Budget tracking Material submittals and approvals Client meetings Subcontractor bid and buyout Scheduling And other tasks associated with successful project completion.
