Job Description:
Strategy & Planning Projects Manager Boston, MA 02163 6 months with possibility of extension Core hours 8:30a - 5:00p Top Skills (in addition to job details): Strong organization, detail-orientation, and collaboration. Comfortable facilitating meetings, networking, and reviewing documentation and asking questions to understand actions needed. Familiarity with budgeting and accounting processes will be helpful. Will use MS Office products and ServiceNow often. Provide critical support across strategy, governance, and planning activities to ensure continuity during current staffing gaps. Responsibilities include assisting with IT Service Planning, IT operating model support including updates to the Service Delivery roadmap, managing DSF financial processes, supporting quarterly Strategic Initiative reporting efforts, and other Strategy & Planning related duties as assigned. Works closely with various user communities, fellow team members, technical teams, and vendors to evaluate, design, test, implement, and validate solutions. Develop the project schedule in collaboration with others, resource plans, coordinates outreach activities, prepare budget forecasts. Identifies project risks and monitors project progress. Defines agendas, coordinates preparation of content, and participates in project governance meetings. Prepare project status reports. Completes required documentation, develops and delivers presentations summarizing the objectives and status of the project. Significant relevant experience in technical project manager role. Demonstrated experience and proficiency in managing projects through the entire life cycle, including project initiation planning, estimating, scheduling, testing, release and stabilization.
