Job Description
Position Overview The Professional Services Project Manager will be supporting the Americas Applications Engineering team, serving as a key conduit to internal and external stakeholders. This role is responsible for ensuring exceptional quality in project delivery, managing resources, and maintaining visibility across all regional initiatives. The Project Manager collaborates closely with the Professional Services Manager in the Americas to streamline processes and improve efficiency, while also supporting other global regions as needed. As the MEIDS business continues to grow, the Project Manager will play a critical role in maintaining efficient and highest quality delivery of solutions. Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary Project Manager supporting the Americas Applications Engineering team, acting as a key liaison between internal teams and external stakeholders Lead end-to-end delivery of professional services projects, ensuring high-quality execution, on-time delivery, and adherence to scope and budget Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, dependencies, and budgets Project manage multiple concurrent initiatives involving cross-functional teams of up to 10-15 engineers Oversee resource planning and utilization to ensure optimal staffing and efficient delivery across regional projects Maintain visibility into all regional initiatives, providing regular status updates, risk assessments, and escalation as needed Collaborate closely with the Professional Services Manager (Americas) to streamline processes, improve efficiency, and support operational scalability Support global regions as needed by aligning on best practices, standards, and delivery methodologies Proactively identify risks, issues, and opportunities, and implement mitigation strategies to maintain delivery quality Partner with leadership to support performance evaluations, goal setting, and team development Engage in customer-facing activities, ensuring alignment with customer expectations and a strong focus on customer success Apply strategic thinking to continuously improve project delivery, quality, and customer outcomes as the MEIDS business scales Utilize project management and collaboration tools (Microsoft Project, Planner, Teams, Excel, PowerPoint) to manage execution and reporting
Required Skills & Qualifications Education:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field.;Experience:
5+ years in Project Management or similar role Certification in Project Management (PMP or equivalent). Prior experience working with global teams and multi-region project delivery. Expertise in resource allocation, project planning, and process optimization. Proven track record of managing teams and delivering complex projects in a global environment on time, within scope, and at highest level of quality Leads detailed project plans, timelines, resource allocations, and budgets Highly organized and detailed orientedTechnical Skills:
General understanding of industrial/building automation, software solutions, and system integration. Very experienced with Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote, Word, and Teams Proficient with project management tools such asMicrosoft Project and Planner Leadership & Communication:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal. Ability to collaborate across regions and influence stakeholders at all levels Project Manage a team of up to 10-15 engineersOther:
Strategic thinker with a focus on customer success. Comfortable with customer facing activities Support manager with performance evaluations and goal setting Preferred Qualifications Knowledge of industrial/building automation industries Experience with on prem, cloud, and hybrid solutions with digital transformation initiatives Background in software engineering or technical consulting Familiarity with MEIDS or similar platforms is a plus MBA, MS in Project Management Location & Travel Based in Foxborough, MA Travel required - approximately 10% of timeSimilar remote jobs
