About Our Client One of the top general contractors is Massachusetts is seeking a well-tenured Project Manager to join their team on an upcoming pipeline of ground up projects throughout Worcester. Job Description Plan and manage all phases of ground-up construction projects, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation. Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project specifications are met. Monitor progress and address any issues to maintain project timelines and quality standards. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards on all job sites. Prepare and present regular progress reports to stakeholders. Negotiate contracts with vendors and subcontractors to optimize project costs and timelines. Oversee procurement of materials and equipment necessary for each project phase. Foster strong communication between all project team members and external partners. The Successful Applicant A successful Project Manager should have: Experience managing ground-up construction projects, including budgeting and scheduling. Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety standards, and industry regulations. Excellent communication and leadership skills to coordinate teams effectively. Proficiency in project management tools and software. Ability to solve problems and make decisions under pressure. Capability to build and maintain relationships with clients, subcontractors, and stakeholders. What's on Offer Competitive salary ranging from $130,000 to $165,000 annually.
