Project Manager (Manufacturing)

Contract-to-Perm Pay:
$40.00-$50.00/hour (Based on Experience) About the Opportunity Ardent Staffing Solutions is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join a growing manufacturing team in Franklin, MA. In this customer-facing role, you will serve as the primary liaison between customers, the sales team, and internal operations to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards. Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact between customers, the sales team, and internal operations. Develop and maintain project plans for engineering change orders (ECOs), new product introductions, and quality initiatives. Coordinate cross-functional teams including Engineering, Purchasing, Quality, and Production. Track project milestones, deliverables, and timelines using Kanban metrics. Communicate project updates, schedule changes, and recovery plans with customers. Lead customer and internal project meetings. Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and implement lessons learned from completed projects. Conduct post-project reviews to improve future project execution. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Analytics, or a related field. Minimum of 3 years of project management experience, preferably within manufacturing or engineered products. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously. Experience working with cross-functional teams. Strong Microsoft Excel skills. Experience with Microsoft Project or Microsoft Planner is a plus. Requirements U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident (Green Card holder). Must successfully pass a background check and drug screening. Interview Process Virtual interview with the Hiring Manager. Possible onsite interview.
