Finish Line Staffing Services is hiring on behalf of our client for an experienced Project Manager. Are you a detail-oriented project professional who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment? Our client is seeking a Project Manager to serve as the primary liaison between customers, internal teams, and sales, ensuring projects are executed efficiently from start to finish. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys collaborating across departments, managing multiple priorities, and delivering exceptional customer experiences. Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact between customers, the sales team, and internal operational departments. Translate customer expectations into clear project plans and actionable deliverables. Develop and maintain project schedules for engineering change orders (ECOs), new product introductions, and quality improvement initiatives. Coordinate cross-functional teams including Engineering, Purchasing, Quality, and Production to ensure project milestones are achieved. Track project progress, deliverables, and timelines using Kanban metrics and other project management tools. Proactively communicate schedule updates, potential delays, and recovery plans to customers. Lead and participate in customer meetings and internal project review meetings. Identify and resolve project risks while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. Support continuous improvement initiatives by incorporating lessons learned into future projects. Conduct post-project reviews to evaluate outcomes, identify opportunities for improvement, and share best practices. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Analytics, or a related field. 3+ years of project management experience, preferably within a manufacturing or engineered products environment. Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously. Strong customer-facing communication and relationship management skills. Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams. Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel. Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work independently while driving projects to successful completion.
