Our Company invites applications for a Project Manager to join our growing team. Working on both private & public construction projects, the Project Manager serves in a leadership capacity to oversee & manage all phases of multiple construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, & to the highest quality & safety standards. As part of this work, the Project Manager leads all project meetings & serves as the main point of contact for clients & consultants, working to proactively inform key partners & address concerns. To that end, candidates must be highly organized & adept at communicating with a variety of stakeholders. Prepare & submit estimates on utilities, site & water projects. Collaborate with clients to review & adjust estimates to customer specifications. Develop project schedules, timelines & resource allocations for projects. Coordinate pre-construction activities including permitting, budgeting & procurement. Prepare & monitor project budgets & forecasts. Identify cost-saving opportunities & manage change orders effectively. Monitor all project costs & acceptable profit margin. Contract subcontractors. Maintain project documentation including contracts, RFIs, submittals, & daily logs. Meet with internal teams to assess project progress & anticipate potential delays. Report on project progress. Monitor projects for adherence to all safety standards. General Qualifications Demonstrated experience managing commercial, residential &/or industrial construction projects & experience in the design & construction of water/wastewater treatment facility building projects. In-depth knowledge of construction methods, materials & regulations. Strong technology orientation. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Experience using estimating software (i.e., Bid2Win), earthwork takeoff (i.e., Carlson software), & general quantity takeoff (i.e., Blue Beam). Ability to read blueprints & technical documents. Strong attention to detail. Excellent organizational & problem-solving skills. Strong leadership, negotiation & customer service skills. Exceptional verbal & written communication skills; excellent listening skills. Ability to work proactively with & communicate clearly with a wide range of audiences. Strong analytical, research & problem-solving skills. Strong mathematical skills. Demonstrated knowledge of accounting/financial reporting, budgeting, & scheduling associated with commercial construction. OSHA 10 certification required. The expected salary range for this position is \$100,000 to \$163,396. Actual salaries will depend on factors such as experience, skills, qualifications, education & other qualifications. Robert B.
