Job Overview Modern Design/Build is seeking an experienced Residential Construction Project Manager to oversee remodeling and residential construction projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing project timelines, coordinating subcontractors, maintaining budgets, and ensuring high-quality workmanship while delivering an exceptional experience for our clients. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills to keep projects running efficiently and on schedule. Responsibilities Manage residential construction and remodeling projects from pre-construction through completion Coordinate and schedule subcontractors, vendors, and deliveries Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget Communicate regularly with clients regarding project progress and updates Review plans and specifications to ensure accurate execution Order and track project materials Conduct site visits and ensure quality control on all work Maintain job site safety and organization Work closely with the design and estimating teams to ensure smooth project transitions Resolve project challenges quickly and professionally Qualifications 3+ years experience managing residential construction or remodeling projects Strong knowledge of residential construction methods and materials Ability to read construction drawings and plans Excellent communication and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple projects at once Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability Proficiency with construction management software is a plus

Pay:

$60,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
