Feinmann Assistant Project Manager Lexington, MA | $72,000
  • 88,000 | Full-Time Local candidates only | High-End Residential Remodeling Experience Required Join an Award-Winning Design-Build Team Feinmann is seeking a detail-driven Assistant Project Manager to support high-end residential remodeling projects throughout Greater Boston.

This is not a commercial construction role. We specialize in transforming homes-and we need someone who understands the unique demands of working in occupied spaces, coordinating with trade partners, and delivering exceptional results for discerning homeowners. What You'll Do Coordinate Projects from Start to Finish Support active residential remodeling projects from pre-construction through final walkthrough Maintain project schedules, documentation, and cost tracking with precision Coordinate daily workflows between site supervisors and trade partners Track permits, inspections, and compliance milestones to keep projects on schedule Communicate Proactively Provide clear, timely updates to homeowners and internal teams Maintain accurate project records in construction management software Identify potential risks early and escalate appropriately Support the Jobsite Visit project sites regularly to ensure alignment with plans and timelines Help site teams stay organized and focused on quality execution
Who You Are Experienced:
2+ years in residential construction, remodeling, or custom home building
Knowledgeable:
You understand jobsite sequencing, trade coordination, and what it takes to keep a project moving
Tech-Savvy:
Familiarity with SmartSheets, Bluebeam, BuilderTrend, or similar platforms
Organized:
You have strong follow-through and an eye for detail
Professional:
You communicate clearly and confidently with homeowners, trades, and team members
Mobile:
Valid driver's license and ability to travel to job sites throughout Greater Boston Why Feinmann?
