Job Description:
Project Manager - Role Summary This role is responsible for leading a portfolio of projects and project teams from initiation through completion , ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and with minimal operational disruption. The position manages resources, schedules, budgets, risks, documentation, and stakeholder communications while identifying opportunities to improve project processes and business efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage project budgets, resources, schedules, forecasting, and overall project performance. Provide clear status updates to senior leadership and key stakeholders, including risks, issues, and decisions. Identify resource conflicts, scheduling challenges, and project risks, and develop corrective actions. Build strong relationships with business teams, consultants, architects, and other stakeholders. Lead and allocate project team resources to ensure successful delivery. Maintain project documentation, approvals, permits, and reporting. Continuously improve project management processes, technologies, and methodologies. Lead project and program initiation, including charters, objectives, assumptions, risks, resource planning, and dependencies. Develop business cases for new initiatives focused on cost savings, innovation, and minimizing operational disruption. Manage changes to project scope, criteria, and objectives in collaboration with stakeholders. Support change management strategies, communications, and successful operational rollouts. Promote best practices, collaboration, safety, environmental responsibility, and continuous improvement.
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. 3+ years of project management experience. Experience with project and/or financial reporting preferred. Strong understanding of project management fundamentals and methodologies. Knowledge of operational systems and processes relevant to the project area. Familiarity with company policies and procedures. Strong Microsoft Office and project management software skills.
