Job Responsibilities:

• Plan and monitor projects from submittal phase through final installation, ensuring that product is delivered and installed on time and within budget
• Review architectural drawings and specifications to ensure all aspects match project scope
• Purchase materials and put work orders into production, by job
• Coordinate and manage multiple jobs in various stages of construction
• Conduct job site visits in order to field measure, review details with customer and ensure overall job accuracy
• Coordinate subcontractors and deliveries
• Negotiate with vendors
• Preparation of monthly billing/requisitions

Requirements:

• Experience in the Millwork industry, with emphasis on commercial
• Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings and specifications
• Manage Project schedules and budgets
• Attend site visits and oversee work across multiple phases of design
• Attend client meeting with Principal
• Experience working with vendors and contractors
• Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook and QuickBooks (QB preferred)
• Extremely detail-oriented; willing and able to track change orders, RFI's, and other job-related paperwork

Preferred:

• Estimating experience is a plus
• Demonstrated proficiency in AutoCAD is required, such as creation and development of plans, elevation and millwork detailing
• Experience with Textura and Procore Benefits After a 90-day period:
