B Full Job Description About Us:
Tough Guys Junk Removal is a growing, hands-on service company specializing in junk removal, light demolition, and dumpster rentals. We work with both residential and commercial clients, with a strong focus on contractors and B2B relationships. We're building a team of motivated, reliable people who want to grow with us.
Position Overview:
We are looking for a driven Sales & Project Manager to help grow our residential & B2B sales while also supporting daily operations. This role is ideal for someone who is both sales-oriented and hands-on, and not afraid to jump in and help on job sites when needed.
Responsibilities:
Develop and manage B2B relationships (contractors, property managers, etc.) Generate new leads and close sales Coordinate and manage projects from start to finish Communicate with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business Perform light job tracking and invoicing as needed Drive company Isuzu truck when needed Assist on job sites, including lifting and moving materials (up to 50 lbs) Support team operations and help maintain efficiency in the field
Requirements:
Strong communication and sales skills Ability to work independently and take initiative Willingness to be hands-on and assist in the field Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Must past a background check Leadership experience preferred
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in sales, project management, or construction-related fields Bilingual or multilingual (Portuguese and/or Spanish preferred)
