About Our Client About the client: Offices in Maynard, the Cape, Rhode Island, and New Hampshire Projects throughout New England Projects up to $45M, extremely high end Luxury Custom Home Builder in MA Top Residential Builder 90% repeat clients, project pipeline through 2030 Job Description Plan and manage all aspects of construction projects from initiation to completion. Monitor project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure alignment with objectives. Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to maintain project progress. Identify and mitigate project risks and resolve issues as they arise. Ensure compliance with safety standards, regulations, and company policies. Prepare and present regular project updates to stakeholders. Review and approve project documentation, including plans, budgets, and schedules. Build strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and expectations. The Successful Applicant A successful Project Manager should have: Experience managing construction projects in the property industry. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. Ability to lead teams and coordinate with multiple stakeholders. Knowledge of construction safety standards and regulations. Proficiency in project management tools and software.
