Coordinate with teams, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure project milestones are met. Monitor project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure efficiency and quality. Identify and mitigate potential risks throughout the project lifecycle. Maintain compliance with industry standards and regulations. Prepare and present progress reports to stakeholders as needed. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve challenges and maintain project momentum. Ensure all project documentation is accurate and up to date. The Successful Applicant A successful Project Manager should have: Experience managing construction projects within the property industry. Strong leadership and organizational skills to oversee teams and tasks effectively. Familiarity with construction regulations and safety standards.
