This role drives large-scale, institute-wide transformation by leading multiple complex, ambiguous initiatives simultaneously and identifying opportunities to create measurable value. It applies a structured, hypothesis-driven approach to strategic planning, analysis, and decision-making; develops business cases; and translates research and competitive intelligence into executable programs. The role owns end-to-end execution through clear roadmaps, risk and issue management, and PMO governance, while partnering closely with cross-functional and clinical stakeholders to align priorities, manage change adoption, and assess business and financial impact.
