Responsibilities Spearhead the execution of all marketing initiatives by collaborating with creative and cross-departmental partners to ensure timely and high-quality deliverables. Act as the key liaison between merchandising, creative teams, and external vendors to coordinate product imagery and ensure assets align with seasonal and retail needs. Oversee project timelines, prioritize tasks based on urgency and importance, and maintain comprehensive notes during creative review meetings. Manage the development and trafficking of brand assets, including banners, social content, and digital banners, ensuring adherence to branding standards. Organize and maintain creative assets, including seasonal imagery and Figma boards. Coordinate eCommerce platform requests, upload seasonal imagery, and support related marketing materials. Facilitate communication between retouchers, print vendors, and internal teams to produce retouched site and email assets and retail signage. Organize and lead various meetings, including marketing strategy sessions and content planning gatherings, to ensure alignment across teams. Develop and oversee content calendars for email campaigns and digital platforms, maintaining synchronized scheduling for all marketing efforts. Assist in building and refining seasonal marketing plans, pitch decks, and ad hoc projects to support brand growth and visibility. Requirements Minimum of 2+ years of experience in creative project management within the fashion or retail industry or a creative agency. Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment with a strong sense of urgency. Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with a flexible and positive problem-solving approach. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), Adobe InDesign, and strong technological aptitude. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Fashion, or a related field.
