About Our Client This opportunity is with a mid-sized organization specializing in commercial and multifamily work. The company has a reputation for excellence in construction and a strong focus on delivering quality projects. Job Description Oversee all phases of construction projects, from planning and budgeting to execution and closeout. Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project alignment. Monitor project progress and adjust schedules or resources as needed to meet deadlines. Ensure all construction activities comply with safety regulations and quality standards. Prepare and present project reports to stakeholders, highlighting key updates and performance metrics. Manage project budgets, including forecasting and tracking expenses. Identify and mitigate potential risks to ensure project success. Foster strong relationships with clients and team members to ensure satisfaction and collaboration. The Successful Applicant A successful Project Manager should have: A solid understanding of construction management principles and techniques. Strong leadership skills to manage diverse teams effectively. Experience working in the Property industry or a similar field. Excellent communication and organizational skills to manage multiple priorities. A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
