You'll partner with sales, production, installers, subcontractors, and GCs to coordinate pre-sale through closeout. This is primarily an onsite role based in the New Bedford office with occasional regional or national travel as project needs require. Here's How You'll Make an Impact on the Team Manage a portfolio of signage projects from single-site installs to large, multi-phase rollouts Serve as field liaison for sequencing, issue resolution, and vendor oversight during installations Lead project planning, scheduling, documentation, budget tracking, and status reporting Organize and lead project meetings (Kick-Offs, Job Reviews, Work-in-Progress check-ins) Coordinate permitting, engineering, surveys, site visits, subcontractors, and vendor logistics Oversee installation phases including field walkthroughs, punch lists, quality control, and approvals prior to shipping Maintain real-time project tracking in KeyedIn (or comparable systems) and ensure documentation accuracy Support invoicing, closeout documentation, and professional client correspondence Here's What You'll Need to Be Successful in This Role Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Project Management, Business, or related field 3-5 years of experience in signage, construction, or a project-driven environment Proven ability to manage multi-stakeholder, multi-phase projects and vendors Solid understanding of construction processes, jobsite logistics, and subcontractor coordination Comfortable working in both office and active job site environments; willingness to travel regionally or nationally Strong communication, leadership, time management, and problem-solving skills Familiarity with permitting, engineering drawings, ADA compliance, and installation planning Proficiency in KeyedIn or comparable project management systems Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and perform site walkthroughs; valid driver's license Here's What Else Might Help You Out Experience across the full signage workflow: fabrication, permitting, installation, and field execution Ability to anticipate site logistics and resource requirements (cranes, lifts, access, safety) Experience coordinating with general contractors and subcontractors Proven experience performing field walkthroughs and punch list management.
