Type:

full-time A Massachusetts-based General Contractor is seeking a self-motivated, highly organized, detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Project Coordinator. This vital role supports our Project Managers to successfully deliver public construction projects for various state agencies and local municipalities across the Commonwealth. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and assist throughout critical project lifecycle phases, from initial buyout through final close-out.

Key Responsibilities Project Buyout:

assist with the procurement of materials, equipment and subcontracts.

Submittal Management:

Review, process, and track project submittals and shop drawings.

Procurement Tracking:

Monitor material deliveries to ensure compliance with project schedules.

Change Order Management:

Draft, track, and organize change orders.

Work Order Monitoring:

Daily logging of inflow and outflow of work orders, proposals, and cost estimates.

Project Close-Out:

Compile O&M manuals, warranties, and as-built documents for agency approval.

Agency Compliance:

Maintain organized documentation adhering to state and town regulations.

Qualifications Education:

4-year college degree

Experience:

1-3 years in construction administration, coordination, or public works support.

Skills:

Strong organization, sharp attention to detail, and excellent multi-tasking.

Communication:

Clear written and verbal skills for interacting with management, public officials and subs.

Technical:
