Because of our growth, we are looking for an Assistant Project Manager to support the planning and delivery of electrical projects in active healthcare settings and large commercial spaces. This role works with project managers, field leaders, clients, and vendors to keep work organized, safe, and on schedule.
Key DutiesAssist with daily coordination of electrical work for healthcare and commercial projects.
Maintain logs, drawings, submittals, and reports with strong attention to detail.
Work with site leaders to track progress, resolve issues, and support safe work practices.
Provide updates to clients and partners in a clear and professional manner.
Assist with material orders, vendor quotes, and delivery tracking.
Help monitor budgets, labor reports, and change requests.
Support inspections and ensure work meets project standards.
