Senior Level Salary:
$130,000•$175,000 per year Job Details•Manage multiple commercial construction projects from preconstruction through project closeout. Develop and maintain project budgets, schedules, forecasts, and cash flow projections. Lead project planning, procurement, contract administration, and execution. Coordinate with field operations, superintendents, owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors. Monitor project performance, identify risks, and implement solutions to maintain schedule and budget objectives. Review and negotiate change orders, subcontract agreements, and project documentation. Conduct project meetings and provide regular financial and operational reporting to executive leadership. Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and contract requirements. Mentor and support Project Managers, Assistant Project Managers, and Project Engineers. Build and maintain strong client relationships while identifying opportunities for future business.
