We are seeking a motivated Project/Business Manager Intern to support our team in coordinating projects and conducting business research. This role offers valuable hands-on experience in project management and business operations within a fast-paced, global travel and business solutions environment.
What You'll Do:
Assist in coordinating project timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communications Support project managers in tracking progress and identifying potential risks or delays Conduct market and business research to support strategic initiatives Prepare reports and presentations summarizing research findings Maintain project documentation and organize files for easy accessibility Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for process improvements Support administrative tasks including scheduling, data entry, and correspondence
What We're Looking For:
Currently enrolled in or recent graduate of a business, management, or related field Strong organizational and time management skills Excellent written and verbal communication abilities Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools (a plus) Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset

Actual base salary will be based on factors including the scope and complexity of the role and the successful candidate's relevant experience, skills, knowledge, and work location.
