Job Description:
Senior Healthcare Project Manager
  • Workforce Planning and Development Manage complex workforce planning projects involving planning and policy, program development and implementation, data analysis, research, and stakeholder engagement related to rural health workforce transformation.
Support of the objectives of the Rural Health Transformation Program (RHTP) and related health system and workforce initiatives led by EOHHS, including Health Workforce Planning (HWP) and Health Care System Planning (HCSP). Responsibilities for workforce planning PM shall include: Develop, implement, and monitor contracts with RHTP subrecipients, grantees, and vendors Develop and monitor performance tracking systems Develop and implement reporting systems Develop and implement program evaluation tools Implementation of the workforce initiative include Pre-employment and incumbent worker job training

  • Primary Care Residency Ladders to Licensure, Clinical Placement Consortium Recruitment & Retention incentives
  • Behavioral Health Certificate for Home Care Manage and support engagement of state staff, private sector partners, and other key stakeholders Facilitate internal and external communications, including contact management, email, website development, and Constant Contact Develop high-level subject-matter knowledge of health system and workforce development planning, policy Lead or support efforts to analyze health workforce data to inform and evaluate health workforce policy and programs Lead or support efforts to increase access, affordability, and completion of healthcare-related higher education Education and Experience MS or BS in Public Policy, Health Policy or similar 5+ of professional experience in healthcare project management Professional experience related to workforce development, health policy, public health, public administration, education, program administration, or other relevant experience.
