Job Description

Category Schools - School Psychologist Job Type Contract Embark on a rewarding opportunity as a School Psychologist supporting elementary learners through comprehensive and meaningful assessments for the remainder of the current school year and beyond. This role is contract-based and part-time, perfect for an experienced professional eager to make a difference in students' lives. You'll be responsible for 10-13 evaluations, including both initial and additional assessments, playing a vital role in student success and development. Flexibility is provided, as onsite work is preferred but virtual options may be considered for the right candidate.
Ideal candidates should have:
Active Massachusetts School Psychologist licensure and certification Prior experience working in school settings, particularly with elementary-aged students Ability to complete both initial and supplemental evaluations Familiarity with the CORI background check process and fingerprinting requirements Strong communication skills and comfort conducting interviews and meetings via Zoom Excellent organizational and documentation abilities Core responsibilities include: Conducting high-quality psychoeducational evaluations, both initial and additional, tailored to meet each student's unique needs Collaborating with teachers, administrators, and families to develop and interpret assessment plans and results Participating in team meetings to discuss findings and craft individualized recommendations Maintaining clear, compliant records in accordance with school and state policies Creating a supportive and responsive environment that reflects best practices and current standards in school psychology This contract position runs through June 25, 2026, providing the chance to impact students over multiple school years with a flexible, part-time schedule that fits your career goals.
