Elevate the Business. Join Prysmian in Taunton, MA to architect and execute the site's Lean strategy through the Prysmian Performance System (PPS). Reporting to the Plant Director, you will drive end-to-end operational excellence across high-volume, high-revenue value streams—where disciplined Kaizen translates into measurable business outcomes. Your Mission Own the site's Lean roadmap (Hoshin Kanri) and align it tightly to strategic priorities. Deliver hard, traceable results across Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, and Growth. Focus improvement where it matters most—constraining processes and critical flows. Embed daily management, standard work, and visual systems that sustain gains. Coach leaders and teams to think scientifically and solve problems at the root. What You'll Lead High-impact Kaizen initiatives targeting flow and pull, SMED, TPM, and cost transformation. Value stream redesign to compress lead time, boost throughput, and stabilize quality. Accountability rhythms and visual management to move from theory to verified results.
