The Lean Transformation Manager will drive continuous improvement initiatives by developing and implementing Kaizen methodologies and the Prysmian Performance System (PPS). This role will focus on fostering a workplace culture that empowers employees at all levels to streamline and enhance safety, quality, delivery, and cost. The leader will collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and sustain operational excellence. Required Competencies, Education, and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in engineering (industrial engineering strongly preferred) 3- 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, with leadership in Kaizen, Continuous Improvement.
Preferred Qualifications:
Lean Master on TPS or Danaher Business System Certification. Project management experience with a proven track record of meeting timelines or proactively adjusting to achieve planned goals. Agile certification such as SCALE. Change management such as PROSCI certification. Strong analytical background- SPC, Hypothesis Testing, Regression, and Correlation Analysis. Problem-solving skills, such as 5-Whys, 8D, Shainin, etc.
