Job Description
Description TEKsystems is partnering with an innovative startup, to support user testing for a cutting-edge device. We are seeking highly personable and organized individuals to assist in coordinating research sessions and documenting user experiences. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or entry-level candidates looking to gain hands-on experience in user research, healthcare technology, and client-facing work. This project will be 6 months to start but can be extended more months for the top project consultants

Waltham, MA (ONSITE not remote)Pay Rate:
$20-23/hrSchedule:
Monday-Friday 9AM-6PM Job Duties + Coordinate and facilitate in-person user research sessions with study participants + Guide participants through structured testing activities involving a wearable medical device + Observe and document participant feedback, behaviors, and experiences using an iPad + Ensure all session data is recorded clearly, accurately, and consistently + Provide a welcoming, professional, and supportive environment for participants + Communicate effectively with internal team members and escalate any issues as needed + Follow established research protocols and maintain confidentiality of participant data Required Qualifications + Strong interpersonal and communication skills; comfortable interacting with a wide range of people + Friendly, professional demeanor with a high level of emotional intelligence + Ability to stay organized and attentive to detail during live sessions + Basic comfort using technology (e.g., iPads, apps, note-taking tools) + Reliable and punctual with a strong sense of accountability Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Waltham, MA. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
