Up to $180,000 A leading electrical contractor serving commercial and industrial clients across Greater Boston is looking for an experienced Electrical Project Manager to join their team in Quincy, MA. This is an opportunity to take ownership of large-scale electrical projects from preconstruction through closeout with a firm known for its strong pipeline, repeat clients, and reputation for quality. What you'll do: Manage electrical construction projects end-to-end - scheduling, budgeting, procurement, and subcontractor/vendor coordination Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, GCs, and project stakeholders Review drawings, specifications, and submittals to ensure compliance and code accuracy Track project costs, change orders, and billing to protect margins and timelines Coordinate with field superintendents and foremen to ensure safe, on-schedule execution Lead project meetings and provide regular progress reporting to leadership and clients What they're looking for: 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager in electrical construction (commercial/industrial preferred) Strong knowledge of the NEC and local electrical codes Proven ability to manage multiple projects, budgets, and schedules simultaneously Experience with project management software (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam, or similar) Excellent communication and client-facing skills Electrical background (licensed electrician, estimator, or field-to-office path) strongly preferred Compensation & benefits: Salary up to $140,000, based on experience Full benefits package (health, dental, vision, 401k) Vehicle/gas allowance or company vehicle Strong internal growth path with an established, growing contractor This is a great fit for a PM who wants to step into a leadership role with a company that has the project volume and reputation to back it up.
