This individual will drive enterprise initiatives by translating business needs into scalable technology solutions while supporting both Agile and traditional project delivery environments. Key Responsibilities Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements, define user stories, and support digital transformation initiatives Lead cross-functional collaboration between business and technical teams Support project planning, testing, implementation, and ongoing system enhancements Facilitate Agile ceremonies including backlog grooming and sprint planning Analyze business processes and recommend innovative technology solutions Manage competing priorities, project risks, and stakeholder expectations Support enterprise applications, integrations, and system optimization efforts This is an excellent opportunity for a senior-level professional who thrives in complex environments and enjoys driving strategic technology initiatives with measurable business impact.
