COMPENSATION

$27 - $37 HOURLY Role OverviewWe are seeking a Project Coordinator to manage supply chain and logistics tasks. The role involves vendor onboarding, purchase order management, and detailed inventory control. The ideal candidate will ensure timely delivery of materials and maintain communication with vendors and internal teams. Key ResponsibilitiesWork with the Supply Chain team to onboard vendors into Coupa.

Place and manage Purchase Orders (POs) within the Coupa system.

Communicate with vendors to confirm PO receipt and ensure on-time delivery of materials.

Physically receive shipments, unbox parts, and confirm quantities against orders.

Organize and store received parts on designated shelving and update inventory records.

Notify engineers or relevant team members upon the arrival of critical or one-off orders.

Kit parts into designated boxes for various projects and shipments.

Prepare and manage the shipping of parts for both domestic and international destinations.
