Job Description

You're organized, adaptable, and ready to take projects from concept to completion. You'll play a key role in supporting engineering teams and clients as they bring transformative land development projects to life across the Greater Boston area. About the Role Bohler's Westborough, MA office, serving the Greater Boston area, is seeking a Project Coordinator who excels at managing details, anticipating needs, and fostering collaboration. In this role, you'll work closely with project managers, engineers, clients, and outside agencies to keep every phase of the project lifecycle on track, from proposals and permitting to approvals and delivery. You'll serve as a central point of communication, ensuring our teams stay aligned and our projects move forward seamlessly. What You'll Do Coordinate project activities between internal teams, clients, and outside agencies to ensure timely completion Format and edit proposals, letters, and reports from draft to client-ready Track project schedules, budgets, and deliverables using internal management systems Compile and organize documentation for submissions, permits, and approvals Support project managers by monitoring milestones, updating dashboards, and maintaining accurate records Assist in preparing applications, meeting materials, and presentations for public hearings or client meetings Facilitate communication across disciplines to maintain project momentum and clarity Follow filing and document management standards for both electronic and paper records What We Offer A collaborative environment where your organization and communication skills make a visible impact Direct exposure to engineering, design, and land development processes Access to professional development opportunities and mentorship from industry leaders A culture that values curiosity, teamwork, and continuous improvement What You'll Bring High school diploma or GED required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred 5+ years of administrative or project coordination experience; experience in civil engineering, environmental, or land development settings preferred Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook); experience with Newforma or project tracking software a plus Strong written and verbal communication skills, including professional client correspondence Excellent time management and follow-up abilities with a proactive approach to challenges Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines Professionalism, discretion, and a commitment to teamwork and collaboration Take ownership of your work?
