Job Description
Robert Half Project Manager/Sr. Consultant Westborough, MA Apply Description We are looking for an experienced Project Manager/Sr. Consultant to oversee the planning and execution of key infrastructure and software development projects. This role requires a strong background in Agile and Scrum methodologies and the ability to lead cross-functional teams effectively. As this is a long-term contract position, you will play a critical role in ensuring project success by managing timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of infrastructure and software development projects to meet defined objectives.
- Apply Agile and Scrum methodologies to manage project workflows, sprints, and team collaboration.
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and demos.
- Identify and mitigate project risks while managing dependencies and resource allocations.
- Provide regular updates on project progress, milestones, and deliverables to stakeholders.
- Resolve challenges and obstacles promptly to ensure on-time delivery.
- Collaborate with teams to improve processes and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- Utilize tools such as Microsoft Office 365 and Atlassian Jira to track and manage project activities. Requirements
- Proven experience managing medium to large-scale infrastructure projects using Agile and Scrum methodologies.
- Proficiency in tools such as Microsoft Office 365 and Atlassian Jira.
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Preferred certifications, including PMP, Certified ScrumMaster, or equivalent.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Fabric and Entra ID is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently and deliver results in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills and adaptability to manage multiple priorities.
