Role Description The Project Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Quincy, MA, responsible for overseeing construction projects from planning through completion. This role includes coordinating project schedules, managing budgets, and ensuring work meets quality and safety standards. The Project Manager collaborates with clients, architects, subcontractors, and vendors to align expectations and resolve issues promptly. Day-to-day tasks involve supervising site activities, tracking progress against milestones, handling permitting and inspections, and maintaining clear documentation and reporting for all project phases. Qualifications Project Management skills, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and stakeholder coordination. Expeditor and Expediting experience to manage permits, approvals, and documentation with local authorities and agencies. Inspection knowledge to coordinate, oversee, and respond to building and safety inspections throughout the project lifecycle. Logistics Management abilities to organize materials, equipment, and subcontractor workflows for efficient site operations. Proven experience managing residential and/or commercial construction projects, preferably in the Greater Boston area. Strong understanding of construction methods, building codes, safety regulations, and quality control practices. Effective communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to lead diverse on-site teams. Proficiency with construction management software and standard office tools for scheduling, budgeting, and reporting. Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
