Project Manager Engtal - 5.0 Weymouth, MA Job Details Full-time Up to $160,000 a year 15 hours ago Benefits Health savings account Relocation assistance Health insurance Dental insurance 401(k) Tuition reimbursement Paid time off Employee assistance program Vision insurance 401(k) matching Employee discount Professional development assistance Flexible schedule Life insurance Referral program Retirement plan Qualifications Contract management Driver's License Project management Bachelor's degree HVAC Procurement management ProCore Full Job Description Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Construction Management preferred Journeyman License preferred PMP certification a plus 5+ years of HVAC mechanical project management experience Valid driver's license with clean record Strong knowledge of mechanical contracting and installation practices Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Bluebeam, Procore Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently Experience managing budgets, schedules, and field teams Key Responsibilities Project Execution & Coordination Review contracts, scope, permits, and insurance requirements Develop project budgets, cost estimates, and schedules Procure materials and equipment, ensuring spec compliance and delivery coordination Coordinate subcontractors, field labor, and other trades Provide technical clarification and support to Foremen and field teams Ensure projects meet safety standards and code requirements Financial Management Manage budgets, labor costs, and job productivity Review and support invoicing (AIA, progress billing, closeout billing) Track and manage RFIs, change orders, and contract modifications Monitor financial performance and adjust as needed Scheduling & Reporting Develop and maintain detailed project schedules and work plans Provide regular updates to internal and external stakeholders Measure project performance and identify improvement opportunities Leadership & Oversight Collaborate with Install Manager, Estimator, APMs, and Foremen Provide guidance and feedback to field leadership Support workforce coordination and job site execution Travel to job sites as required
