Location This is an on-site position based in Woburn, MA, giving you the opportunity to work closely with leadership, field teams, vendors, and clients across the Greater Boston commercial construction market. Note Candidates must have 3+ years of experience in Division 10 specialty construction or closely related commercial construction project management. Job Description Manage Division 10 specialty construction projects from setup through completion. Lead, organize, and motivate project teams to keep work moving efficiently. Maintain strong client, vendor, subcontractor, and field team relationships. Review and interpret contracts, plans, specifications, change orders, and project documents. Prepare and manage change order pricing, cost tracking, project folders, field packages, and project documentation. Monitor schedule, production, job performance, cost control, and project issues. Communicate regularly with field teams to track progress and resolve challenges. Visit active job sites to support field operations and ensure proper execution. Coordinate material ordering, vendor communication, stocking plans, and project administration. Review invoices, requisitions, payroll approvals, projections, and month-end reporting. Represent the company professionally in client meetings and project discussions. Support technical policies, procedures, estimating tools, and field systems across assigned projects. Qualifications 3+ years of experience in Division 10 specialty construction. Project management experience within commercial construction, specialty subcontracting, interiors, or related building product scopes. Strong understanding of plans, specifications, contracts, change orders, schedules, costs, and field coordination. Experience managing client relationships, field communication, vendors, documentation, and project financials. Strong organizational, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently, meet goals, and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced construction environment. Experience with estimating tools, cost management systems, OST, or similar platforms is preferred. Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without current or future sponsorship.
