Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
?Project Planning & Execution:
Develop and execute the project plan for extending and migrating all IT services to the Azure Cloud environment. Ensure alignment with enterprise objectives and strategic goals. ?Collaboration:
Work closely with technical teams, architects, and internal stakeholders to ensure each service transition is understood, planned, and executed efficiently. ?Stakeholder Management:
Engage with internal service providers, global support teams, operations officers, and customer stakeholders to communicate project goals, progress, and updates. Ensure expectations are clearly defined and met. ?Budget & Resource Management:
Oversee the project budget, ensuring that services and virtual devices are stood up within financial boundaries. Proactively identify risks of project overruns and mitigate them. ?Problem-Solving & Adaptation:
Address and manage technical roadblocks or changes, adjusting the project plan as needed to maintain project scope, schedule, and quality. ?Communication & Reporting:
Maintain clear and concise communication across teams and stakeholders, ensuring alignment and transparency on project status, risks, and accomplishments. ?Risk Management:
Anticipate potential risks and challenges in the migration process and develop mitigation plans to minimize disruption and delays. ?Agile Leadership:
Act as a "walking manager" by engaging directly with teams, providing support, and ensuring collaboration between cross-functional teams to overcome hurdles. ?Cloud Transition Oversight:
Collaborate with architecture and technical teams to understand the necessary changes for each IT service being migrated to the Azure Cloud and ensure seamless execution.WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO

Bachelor of Arts/Bachelor of Science?Experience:
5+ years of related experience?Role requirements:
Experience:
Minimum of 10 years of project management experience in large-scale IT service transitions, including hybrid cloud migrations. Previous experience with Azure Cloud and cloud adoption is highly preferred.Technical Acumen:
Strong understanding of enterprise IT services, cloud technologies, and migration strategies. Familiarity with Entra domains and Azure ecosystems is an advantage.Project Management Expertise:
Proven experience managing complex, cross-functional projects within a global enterprise environment, with strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.).Communication Skills:
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. The ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders is essential.Stakeholder Management:
Proven ability to engage with senior executives, technical teams, and external vendors to drive alignment and ensure successful outcomes.Organizational Skills:
Ability to keep multiple project streams organized and aligned, with a keen focus on detail and execution.Problem-Solving Mindset:
A proactive approach to identifying potential issues, risks, and changes, and the ability to adapt the project plan to maintain momentum and success.Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure and related cloud migration tools.
Familiarity with enterprise domain management, Active Directory, and Azure ADPrior experience in leading global IT transformations and working across diverse teams and time zones.?
Certification Preferred:
PMP, Prince2, or equivalent project management ?Security clearance level:
