Project Coordinator

Are you highly organized and enjoy managing projects and working with customers? Our client, a kitchen and bath company, is seeking a coordinator to keep projects moving smoothly from order to final finish.

Key Responsibilities

Manage multiple projects, orders, and timelines

Track product lead times and coordinate deliveries

Communicate project updates directly with customers

Coordinate with designers, manufacturers, and warehouse teams

Resolve delays, discrepancies, damages, and warranty issues

Support showroom customers and designer handoffs

Maintain accurate project records and documentation
