Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated professional to deliver dedicated project management support for dynamic, cross-functional programs. Our team values organized, proactive individuals who enable project success by facilitating coordination and supporting critical initiatives.

Responsibilities:

Assist in the development of project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation. Coordinate project activities and ensure tasks are completed according to schedule. Support governance, documentation, and preparation of reports and presentations for leadership. Monitor project progress and address issues or risks collaboratively with stakeholders and team members.

Required:

Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Familiarity with project management software and tools. PMP certification required for all project management roles. Experience with coordinating activities, schedules, and deliverables across teams, vendors, and external stakeholders.
