Job Description
Lead Financial Oversight:
Create and manage a cost and commercial management process while ensuring project forecasts align with current funding, billings, and month-end/yearly close-out activities.Drive Change Control:
Support the change control process by evaluating budget revisions, reviewing contractor invoices, and flagging potential risks or changes in a timely and transparent manner.Ensure Governance & Compliance:
Contribute as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) to the development of governance and training materials while ensuring all projects operate within approved parameters and organizational standards. What You'll Bring (Skills & Qualifications) The ideal candidate will have:Extensive Experience:
At least 10 years of experience in the delivery of mission-critical construction projects, specifically within corporate real estate or military settings.Financial Expertise:
Demonstrated proficiency in budgeting, accounting, and the use of cost control systems such as Oracle, Tririga, or Google Live Sheets.Strong Leadership:
Proven ability to influence stakeholders through logical arguments, think creatively, and operate with substantial independence.Education:
